Our team covers a wide range of litigation including motor, disease, employers liability and public liability claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team within our multi‐award‐winning firm. The role is based in the Belfast office and requires regular communication with clients nationally. We have a collaborative, supportive team working in a modern, flexible environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers and partners with day‐to‐day claim management including liability enquiries, obtaining and reviewing medical records and reports.
- Draft witness statements.
- Prepare instructions to experts and counsel, and prepare counsel/court bundles.
- Perform general administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar legal setting.
- Knowledge of the litigation process (not essential).
