The HR Governance Coordinator supports the delivery and maintenance of HR process and documentation governance across the HR function. Working closely with HR Operations, SMEs, HRIS, Legal, and Risk, the role ensures HR process documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned to global standards, while supporting governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- HR Process & Documentation Management
- Experience maintaining HR process documentation such as work instructions, process maps, or knowledge articles
- Ability to review end-to-end HR processes and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated content
- Comfortable updating documentation based on policy changes, system enhancements, and SME input
- Experience working with structured templates, version control, and approval processes
- Stakeholder Coordination & Governance
- Ability to work with HR teams and stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Experience coordinating reviews, gathering inputs, and tracking approvals
- Comfortable working within defined governance frameworks and escalating risks where required
- Attention to Detail & Organisation
- Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to documentation management
- Ability to manage multiple updates simultaneously, tracking actions and meeting deadlines
- Experience maintaining documentation within SharePoint or similar systems
- Communication & Content Development
- Ability to translate policies, systems, and processes into clear, user-friendly documentation
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences
