Role Overview
We are seeking a caring and motivated Carer to join our team in Chirk, Wrexham. This part-time, permanent role is vital to supporting individuals to live independently and comfortably within their own homes. As a Carer, you will provide personalised care and support that promotes wellbeing, safety, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
- Support service users with medication prompts and administration, following care plans and protocols.

Qualifications And Experience
