We’re looking for a friendly, practical Maintenance Operative to join our team and help keep our scheme safe, clean and welcoming for residents. This isn’t just about fixing things – it’s about being part of the community. You’ll be a familiar face around the scheme, chatting with residents, lending a hand, and bringing a bit of positivity to people’s day while carrying out your work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out general maintenance and small repairs
- Keeping the building and grounds safe, tidy and well looked after
- Completing routine health & safety checks (fire safety, water checks etc.)
- Reporting any repairs or concerns promptly
- Supporting deliveries and general upkeep
- Working alongside colleagues and contractors
- Building positive relationships with residents and creating a warm, welcoming environment
