Project Worker – Greenbank Villas
Location: Greenbank Villas, Monmouth, Wales
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,028 per annum, + an additional £45.00 when sleeping in at the scheme
About Greenbank Villas
Greenbank Villas is one of ClwydAlyn’s supported living projects, providing a safe and supportive home for adults aged 18 and over who have experienced homelessness or other challenges. It’s a place where people can rebuild their confidence, learn new skills, and take positive steps towards independent living — with your support helping to make that possible.
The Role
As a Project Worker, you will provide flexible, person‑centred support to residents, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to move forward with their lives. This includes:
- Building positive, trusting relationships with residents and colleagues
- Encouraging people to engage in volunteering, education, or employment opportunities
- Supporting residents to develop everyday life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Helping residents access welfare benefits, healthcare, and specialist support services
- Promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and personal growth in a safe and respectful environment
- Maintaining accurate records of support and progress
About You
We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, proactive, and resilient, with a genuine passion for helping people make positive and lasting changes. You’ll be confident having open and honest conversations and will work well as part of a supportive team. You don’t need specific experience in supported housing or care — what matters most is your attitude, values, and willingness to learn. If you’ve worked in customer service, education, youth work, or any role involving people, your skills could be a great fit. We’re particularly keen to hear from applicants with lived experience of the challenges our residents face, or from people who may not have considered this career path before.
