You will play a key role in planning, organising and coordinating maintenance work across ClwydAlyn’s properties. This includes responsive repairs, void works and planned improvement programmes. Working closely with managers, supervisors and trade teams, you will help schedule work, monitor progress and keep programmes running effectively. Your contribution will support improved productivity, reduced delays and the best use of available resources. You will also help maintain clear systems and accurate data. This includes updating programmes, producing reports and reviewing information so that decisions can be made using reliable, up-to-date information. This role supports ClwydAlyn’s commitment to Working Together to End Poverty, helping to deliver safe, well-maintained homes and a positive customer experience.
