Responsibilities- Cefnogi preswylwyr gyda'u gofynion dyddiol, gan hyrwyddo annibyniaeth, dignidade a lles.
- Gweithio'n agos gyda'r tîm gofal i gynnal cynlluniau cymorth unigol i safon uchel.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with residents.
- Record and manage care delivery using IT systems (full training provided).
- Be flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends and unsocial hours.
- Approach challenges with compassion, resilience and a positive mindset.

What You’ll Need- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Social Care Wales Registration (we’ll support you through this).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic IT skills (full training provided).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Enhanced DBS check (which we pay for).
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (rising to 30 days).
