Responsibilities
  • Cefnogi preswylwyr gyda'u gofynion dyddiol, gan hyrwyddo annibyniaeth, dignidade a lles.
  • Gweithio'n agos gyda'r tîm gofal i gynnal cynlluniau cymorth unigol i safon uchel.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with residents.
  • Record and manage care delivery using IT systems (full training provided).
  • Be flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends and unsocial hours.
  • Approach challenges with compassion, resilience and a positive mindset.

What You’ll Need
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Social Care Wales Registration (we’ll support you through this).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic IT skills (full training provided).
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Enhanced DBS check (which we pay for).
