What You’ll Be Doing / Beth fyddwch chi’n ei wneud
As a Care Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver person-centred care supporting daily living, wellbeing, and independence
- Work as part of a friendly and professional team
- Maintain individual care plans and ensure high standards of quality and safety
- Use IT systems to record and plan care effectively
- Take a positive, proactive approach to supporting residents and overcoming challenges
