The Role – Make Every Day Count. As a Carer on nights, you’ll be helping to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a safe, supported environment. You’ll:
- Support residents with their day-to-day needs, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Work closely with the care team to maintain individual support plans to a high standard.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with residents.
- Record and manage care delivery using IT systems (full training provided).
- Be flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends and unsocial hours.
- Approach challenges with compassion, resilience and a positive mindset.

What You’ll Need. We’re looking for people with the right values and attitude — experience is important, but your compassion and commitment matter most. You will need:
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Social Care Wales Registration (we’ll support you through this).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic IT skills (full training provided).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
