Working as part of our Planned Works team, you'll play a key role in our kitchen and bathroom replacement programme, helping prepare homes for brand-new kitchens and bathrooms that make a real difference to our residents. If you enjoy practical work, like being part of a team, and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you.

What's in it for you?

  • Company van provided - fully equipped for the job
  • Power tools and uniform supplied - we've got you covered
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays - rising to 30 days after 5 years' service
  • Sell up to 4 days of annual leave - if you'd prefer extra money in your pocket
  • No regular weekend working - enjoy your time off, with only occasional participation in an on-call rota
  • Optional overtime opportunities across our wider maintenance teams if you'd like to boost your earnings
  • Consistent workload - no chasing jobs or worrying about where the next one is coming from
  • Supportive team culture - experienced colleagues who are ready to help when needed
  • Training and development opportunities - we'll support you to keep your qualifications up to date
  • A role with purpose - your work directly helps people feel safe and comfortable in their homes

What you'll be doing

You'll support our planned kitchen and bathroom replacement programme across our homes in North Wales, including:

  • Removing existing kitchens and bathrooms ready for replacement
  • Safely disposing of old units, fixtures and materials
  • Preparing floors and spaces ready for new kitchen and bathroom installations
  • Loading, unloading and delivering materials between sites
  • Protecting residents' homes before work starts
  • Supporting trades colleagues to keep projects running smoothly
  • Maintaining safe, clean and tidy work areas at all times

You'll work across a variety of properties, helping deliver around 465 kitchen and bathroom replacements each year.

What we're looking for

We're keen to hear from people who:

  • Enjoy practical, hands-on work
  • Are physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual tasks
  • Take pride in their work and attention to detail
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Are reliable, flexible and willing to learn
  • Enjoy working in different locations and environments

A full UK driving license is essential for this role. Experience in construction, maintenance, property services or a similar environment would be beneficial, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
