The Role – Make Every Day Count
As a Carer on nights, you’ll be helping to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a safe, supported environment. You’ll:
- Support residents with their day-to-day needs, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
- Work closely with the care team to maintain individual support plans to a high standard
- Build positive, trusting relationships with residents
- Record and manage care delivery using IT systems (full training provided)
- Be flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends and unsocial hours
- Approach challenges with compassion, resilience and a positive mindset

What You’ll Need
We’re looking for people with the right values and attitude — experience is important, but your compassion and commitment matter most. You will need:
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Social Care Wales Registration (we’ll support you through this)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic IT skills (full training provided)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
