Chirk Court is a warm, welcoming residential care home in the heart of Chirk, close to the Welsh-English border. Home to older adults, including residents living with dementia, the home is designed into five smaller household-style communities. You will lead a team supporting around 14 residents within their own house area rather than caring for a large number of people at once. This creates a calmer, more personal environment where residents are truly known as individuals and meaningful relationships can be built every day.
Chirk Court is also proud of its sensory garden, created to give residents a peaceful, welcoming space to relax, socialise, and enjoy time outdoors. The garden, which supports wellbeing and dementia care, has even received recognition from The King for the positive difference it has made to residents and the wider community. This isn’t a rushed, faceless service. Our team takes pride in creating a place where residents feel safe and valued, families feel reassured, and staff genuinely support one another. For many residents, Chirk Court is their home, and the people who work here help make it feel that way every day.
