The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Working in our Management division, your primary responsibility will be to provide property administration services to one of Cluttons largest client team and assist in the development and governance of core processes and procedures used by the Management team. This role will be responsible for planning, launching, and executing projects as well as coordinating resources to drive the project to successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Point of contact for clients, tenants, contractors and third parties in respect of day-to-day management queries
- Supporting on lease queries including repairs, access, boundary disputes, rights, maintenance, and payment queries
- Putting together and managing notices such as Section 20 notices and administering sales packs
- Arranging Property inspections and lease compliance
- Supporting with applications for consents, with reference to lease conditions, liaison with external consultants and solicitors where necessary
- Completion of change mojos and approval/challenges of invoices adhering to designated authority levels
- Assist with budgeting/variance reporting, bad debt monitoring, funding requests and charge raising for lease payments or receipts, liaising with Client finance team
- Supporting with the preparation of client reports on a regular basis in accordance with client requests, both ad hoc and structured
- Monitor pipeline of work and liaise with central teams to ensure invoices are raised for work completed
- Identifying additional projects that will support and enhance service delivery
- Acting as the contact point for all projects, coordinating resources to ensure execution
- Monitoring project progress, addressing potential issues and escalating to management as needed
- Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams about projects
- Build and develop effective working relationships with clients, other members of the team and other Cluttons business lines
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
- Seek opportunities to increase revenue for the department and spotting any cross-selling opportunities that will benefit the company as a whole
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a high-pressured environment

- Proficiency in the use of MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong administrative skills
