Working in our Management division, your primary responsibility will be to provide property administration services to one of Cluttons largest client team and assist in the development and governance of core processes and procedures used by the Management team. This role will be responsible for planning, launching, and executing projects as well as coordinating resources to drive the project to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for clients, tenants, contractors and third parties in respect of day-to-day management queries.
- Supporting on lease queries including repairs, access, boundary disputes, rights, maintenance.
