We are excited to welcome a proactive and forwardâthinking HR Business Partner into our collaborative commercial and valuesâdriven HR team at Cluttons. You will be joining a closeâknit HR team that includes our Operations & HR Director, Talent Acquisition Partner, Senior HR Business Partner, and two HR Advisors. Together, we champion a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and commercial focus where collaboration, community, and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do. By consistently applying these principles, HR helps ensure our values are reflected in how we work and the decisions we make.
As a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational and strategic people initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and community across the business. You will work closely with service line leaders to shape their people plans, address workforce needs, and support a positive culture. This partnership ensures that each service line has the right talent and environment to perform at its best, supporting both immediate goals and longâterm growth.

- Work alongside the team to develop our people and deliver our HR strategy, including the execution of key strategic projects and initiatives.
- Manage complex ER cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes aligned with employment law.
- Responsible for delivering the timely and accurate execution of employee lifecycle processes and engagement initiatives for your client groups.
- Support cyclical HR processes (e.g., performance reviews, salary reviews, promotions).
- Work closely with the HR Advisors to ensure seamless delivery of HR operations.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects such as benefits, onboarding improvements, and policy updates.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers to support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, role design, and new ways of working.
- Champion ED&I across the business by embedding inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle and partnering with stakeholders to deliver initiatives aligned with company values. Track and report on ED&I metrics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong experience managing complex ER cases and advising managers.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role, ideally with exposure to ED&I initiatives.
- Previous experience within a similar industry is beneficial.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and driving cultural change.
