We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Executive to join our newly created Healthcare and Senior Living team. This role is critical in supporting the delivery of projects across healthcare, care homes, retirement living, and specialist environments by ensuring consistent, efficient administrative and financial processes.
Working closely with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders you will support day‑to‑day operations, project administration, and financial processes, helping to drive high standards across this growing and socially impactful sector.
Responsibilities
- Financial Administration
- Support accounts receivable activities, including debtor tracking and follow‑ups
- Work with project and operational teams to issue timely, accurate client invoices
- Assist with financial tracking to support project performance and reporting
- Project & Operational Support
- Maintain and update project data in Monday.com and other internal systems
- Support timesheet compliance and ensure accuracy of project and pipeline data
- Assist in embedding consistent administrative best practices across healthcare and senior living projects
- Maintain accurate and compliant supplier and consultant records (e.g. insurance details, certifications, contact records)
- Office & Team Support
- Act as a key point of contact for administrative support for the Healthcare and Senior Living team
- Coordinate general office administration, including supplier liaison and facilities‑related tasks
- Documentation & Scheduling
- Organise project documentation, meeting schedules, and internal reporting
- Support document control processes where accuracy and auditability are essential
As a growing team, this role will evolve, and the Business Support Executive will support additional administrative and operational requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative, operational, or business support role
- Familiarity with financial processes such as invoicing and debtor management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear, professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach in a busy environment

- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or professional services
- Exposure to regulated or compliance‑focused sectors
