The role involves recruiting a Lettings Negotiator in our Tower Bridge, London office. As part of the lettings team, you will ensure monthly and annual personal targets are consistently achieved through collaboration with other members of the team. It is an exciting time to join the business and become established within our award-winning team as we embark on a new chapter of sustainable and ambitious growth.
Responsibilities:
- Meet, and strive to exceed, personal targets
- Register all applicants and record key requirements from telephone conversations and face-to-face meetings
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Issue offer confirmation letters that capture all agreed terms of a deal
- Attend market appraisals if required and update all property particulars
- Identify and work with the Lettings Manager to generate new business opportunities
- Grow and develop existing clients
- Demonstrate understanding and fascination of the property market gained through local knowledge and experience
- Support the Lettings Manager with conducting presentations to potential clients
Requirements:
- Previous Lettings Negotiator experience is desirable
- Sales skills
- Confident presentation delivery
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Drive to meet targets and develop own career
