Join our Commercial Valuation team in London, specialising in loan security valuations for banks on a wide range of properties, Asset Valuations for accounts purposes for our Public Sector clients, Development appraisals for financial viability advice and other general property advice. You will gain hands-on experience across both commercial and residential sectors, primarily in London and the South-East. Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering high-quality valuation reports for secured lending and accounts purposes
- Support senior surveyors in managing multiple instructions efficiently
- Contribute to accurate and well-reasoned valuation conclusions
- Help co-ordinate resources, including graduate peers, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Build knowledge of valuation standards and software tools
- Participate in promoting and developing the Valuation service across the firm
- Engage in client relationship building and networking activities
- Share market insights and contribute to team discussions
Requirements
- Education: Degree-level qualification in a property-related discipline and RICS accredited degree
- Professional Development: Commitment to working towards MRICS accreditation
