Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high‑quality valuation reports for secured lending and accounts purposes
• Support senior surveyors in managing multiple instructions efficiently
• Contribute to accurate and well‑reasoned valuation conclusions
• Help co‑ordinate resources, including graduate peers, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Build knowledge of valuation standards and software tools
• Participate in promoting and developing the Valuation service across the firm
• Engage in client relationship building and networking activities
• Share market insights and contribute to team discussions

Requirements

• Education: Degree‑level qualification in a property‑related discipline and an RICS accredited degree
• Professional Development: Commitment to working towards MRICS accreditation
• Skills:
