We are looking for a proactive and organised Junior Administrative Support professional to join the team on a temporary basis for three months. This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills, a warm and professional demeanour, and the ability to support a busy team with efficiency and attention to detail. This is a part‑time role (4 days a week) based in our Yarnwicke office for three days per week, with one day working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Support our Office Manager with incoming calls and emails, directing queries as appropriate.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to internal teams.
  • Cover the front desk on Fridays.
  • Assist with document creation and formatting.
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties to support the business support team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive, proactive, and reliable with a strong customer‑service focus.
