An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Surveyor within our Network Estate Management team based in one of our offices based in London, Reading, Manchester,Newcastle, or Glasgow. The role will be to join the leadership team within a growing national Transactional team, helping with the management and development of junior colleagues. The role will suit someone with previous telecommunications/infrastructure experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading client in a fast-paced, corporate environmentwith a social, supportive, and knowledgeable team.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the management and leadership of a national team.
  • Reporting into a Partner and Associate Partner.
  • Responsible for the delivery of your own KPIs, as well as the wider teams’.
  • Bringing in new initiatives to help the management of the transactional project.
  • Client facing on Teams calls, as well as regular face-to-face meetings.
  • Keeping up to date with case law and legislation.
  • Mentoring and developing direct reports.

Requirements

  • Either MRICS, or working towards your MRICS status is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience of project management and dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the Electronic Communication Code 2017 and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, as well as other recent legislation and Tribunal decision.
  • Driven, motivated, keen to learn.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
