Cluttons LLP is seeking a qualified RICS Registered Valuer to join our Residential Advisory team at the City head office.
The role covers Red Book valuations, portfolio valuations, and advisory work for landlords, funds, charities and authorities with property portfolios across prime central and greater London.
The candidate will prepare detailed reports, discuss findings with clients, and contribute to business growth by expanding service lines and networking with clients and peers.
