We have a very exciting opportunity within our Chelsea office for a Sales Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a growing business in a fast-paced and lucrative market. The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, able to deliver under pressure, and determined to succeed in a fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying new buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating with all relevant parties to ensure the best outcome for all
- Progressing sales from offer to completion
- Proactively managing client expectations
- Building relationships to encourage repeat business and recommendations
Requirements:
- Track record in a sales or client service environment
- Knowledge and awareness of the property market
- Previous experience in selling properties in the London market (desirable)
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
