Cluttons is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Digital Connectivity team. This senior position will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic estate management services for a key client account, ensuring exceptional service standards and building long-term client relationships.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with substantial property experience in estate management, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage complex portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to take ownership of client delivery, lead a team, and contribute to the growth of our estate management offering.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of estate management services in line with client account requirements.
  • Oversee various transactional matters, and resolve complex management queries/issues.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including landlords and tenants.
  • Manage and develop a team of Surveyors, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Prepare and review summaries for legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyse and interpret data using client databases to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Submit high-quality client reports and recommendations via Cluttons' client database.
  • Take ownership of property-related issues and projects, driving solutions and outcomes.
  • Prepare structured and ad hoc client reports in accordance with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and identifying opportunities for added value.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification, preferably including MRICS chartered status.
  • Extensive experience in estate management, with a track record of managing complex portfolios.
  • Strong leadership and client management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Proven experience in team management, including mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including handling large data sets.
  • Skilled in drafting formal correspondence and delivering clear, professional communication.
