Cluttons is currently recruiting for an Access Coordinator to join our Telecoms Access Team within our growing infrastructure department. The main focus of this role is to carry out access and estates management activities for the client account.
Responsibilities
- Working with qualified surveyors to identify and determine client requirements
- Attend client meetings as required
- Manage a case load of site access and estates issues not limited to but including:
- Site access procedures
- Review of existing access data and confirmation of details
- Site access blockers
- Lease reading and assessment of access rights and other core elements
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Working closely with internal teams such as Finance, Notice to Quit (NTQ), Lift & Shift, Renewals, Decom, Regional Estate Managers (REMS) etc
- Preparing summaries for legal documentation
- Responding to queries from internal and external clients
- Assisting with renewals of licenses/leases
- Dealing with applications for Landlords consents and liaising with external consultants and solicitors where necessary
- Preparation of client reports in accordance with client requests both ad hoc and structured
- Ensure compliance with Cluttons working policies and procedures
- Participate in client design meetings where required
- Work to standard required by RICS and maintain ethical standards
- Contribute to team-based SLA targets
Requirements
- A keen interest in Real Estate
- A team player able to work effectively on their own with supervision
- Excellent interfacing skills with clients and fellow professionals
- Ability to work in a busy department with a challenging workload
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A proactive approach with ability to think outside of the box
Holidays: 25 days increasing in line with length of service to a maximum of 30 days
