Growth Studio based in London, specialised in investing in early-stage companies with revenues between €300,000 and €3 million and helping them scale rapidly. The model is a hybrid between an accelerator, operational venture capital, and private equity, with an extremely hands-on approach.

The team is lean and consists of 5 highly specialised, ambitious, and results-oriented individuals. We are looking for a Chief Of Staff to work closely with the Founder. A person of utmost trust, capable of thinking big while executing impeccably. This role is designed for those who want to grow rapidly, have an immediate impact, and contribute to building the Growth Studio.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage operational and administrative activities that free up time for the Founder.
- Prepare strategic materials, projections, numerical analyses, and decision-making documents.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and projects, ensuring everything reaches completion.
- Be close to team members, supporting them in their daily tasks.
- Contribute to building a healthy, collaborative, and execution-oriented culture.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and management of colleagues in the early stages of growth.
Strategic and Special Projects
- Work with the Founder on expansion, model development, new initiatives, and partnerships.
- Intervene where there are operational gaps and close things when no one else can.
- Support client startup projects, when necessary, in analytical, operational, or managerial areas.
Financial and Analytical Support
- Build projections, economic models, KPIs, and reports.
- Collaborate with consultants, advisors, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Have excellent confidence with data, numbers, and business metrics.
Communication and Information Management
- Prepare memos, briefings, presentations, and updates for investors or partners.
- Have a complete view of priorities, communications, and decision-making processes.
- Be an extension of the Founder within and outside the team.
Ideal Profile
- One of the following profiles (or a combination):
- 2+ years in consulting;
- Experience in private equity;
- Experience in the startup world, as a founder, or among the first hires of a growing startup.
Skills
- Excellent analytical skills and strong confidence with numbers and projections.
- Extremely hands-on approach, delivery-oriented.
- Excellent relational skills, empathy, and collaborative attitude.
- High autonomy, ability to prioritise, and work in fluid contexts.
- Fluent English (Italian is a great plus).
- A person of total trust, capable of reasoning like a co-founder.
