We\\\’re looking for a Vibe Marketer who can craft a distinct voice, develop content that resonates with our audience, and bring the personality of Fireflies to life across digital platforms. Think less \”traditional marketing\” and more about understanding what\\\’s cool, what\\\’s trending, and how to make Fireflies a brand that sticks.
What You’ll Do
- Own Fireflies\\\’ Voice: Evolve our brand voice into something that feels approachable, witty, and unmistakably Fireflies.
- Create Engaging Content: Design share-worthy content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and others, ensuring we engage our audience wherever they are.
- Collaborate with Influencers & Creators: Partner with influencers and creators to amplify our message and extend our reach.
- Experiment & Innovate: Leverage short-form videos, blogs, thought-leadership posts, reels, carousels, memes—whatever works best to engage our community.
- Leverage AI Tools for Creativity: Use AI tools like Claude, Midjourney, Lovable, Gumloop, and others to automate and scale content production.
- Spot Trends Early: Be on the pulse of social media trends and develop campaigns that tap into those trends, aligning them with Fireflies\\\’ narrative.
- Partner with Teams Across the Company: Collaborate with product, growth, and community teams to drive initiatives, launches, and events.
- Track Performance & Optimize: Measure the impact of campaigns and refine strategies to ensure maximum engagement.
Who You Are:
- A Natural Storyteller: You can humanize B2B SaaS and make it feel fun, relatable, and emotionally engaging.
- Experienced in Digital Campaigns: You’ve created content or campaigns that led to significant engagement, especially in the tech or SaaS space.
- Culture Savvy: You know what’s happening online, understand memes, trends, and how to speak to a digital-first audience.
- AI Enthusiast: You’re comfortable with tools like Claude, Midjourney, CapCut, Gumloop, and others that help you produce content quickly and efficiently.
- Data-Driven & Creative: You generate big ideas, but you’re also keen to track results and optimize campaigns for better performance.
