What Youâll Do:
- Field Marketing: Plan and deliver EMEA field marketing programmes aligned to regional sales goals. Execute initiatives including ABM programmes, local events, executive roundtables, webinars, and third-party conferences. Adapt global campaigns to resonate across priority EMEA markets such as the UK, France, Germany, Benelux, and the Nordics. Work closely with Sales teams to prioritise target accounts and support opportunity progression. Track performance with a focus on opportunity influence, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Partner Marketing: Build and execute joint marketing activity with strategic EMEA partners. Deliver MDF-supported programmes such as co-branded campaigns, partner events, webinars, and case studies. Support partner enablement through Partner Days, training sessions, and certification launches. Track partner activity and pipeline influence across Salesforce and PRM tooling.
What You Bring:
- 8+ yearsâ experience in B2B technology marketing, with strong exposure to field and partner marketing in EMEA.
- Proven experience supporting pipeline growth through close collaboration with Sales teams.
- Background in software, cloud, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or developer-focused technology.
- Experience working with channel partners (VARs, SIs, distributors).
- Confidence managing multi-country programmes and regional budgets.
- A data-driven mindset and comfort using metrics to guide decisions.
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
