- Develop a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement across operational teams.
- Support departmental managers to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
- Provide clear operational direction aligned with business priorities.
- Directly manage: Machine Shop Manager, Foundry & Technical Manager, Planning & Logistics Manager, Production Admin Manager.
- Take responsibility for Supply Chain and Logistics Management as well as Production Planning Oversight in a well established and highly reputable local firm with global reach.
