Description: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) Fareham, Hampshire | Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission | Realistic OTE £55,000+ Ready to sell on a global stage?

We're looking for an ambitious, driven, and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our Client's growing team in Fareham.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of the world's largest international trade exhibitions, connecting industry-leading businesses with a truly global audience.

If you're an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and closing deals with senior decision-makers, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role You'll be responsible for identifying and researching prospective exhibitors, uncovering key decision-makers, and developing relationships that lead to exhibition bookings.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll engage with business owners, directors, and C-suite executives, demonstrating the value of exhibiting at a world-class international event.

You'll also have the opportunity to travel within Europe, meeting clients, strengthening relationships, and representing the exhibition at industry events.

What You'll Be Doing Researching target companies and identifying new business opportunities.

Finding and engaging key decision-makers across a wide range of industries.

Building lasting relationships with senior business leaders.

Selling exhibition space through consultative B2B sales techniques.

Managing your own sales pipeline from initial contact through to close.

Working towards ambitious but achievable sales targets.

Representing the business at exhibitions and events across Europe.

What We're Looking For Proven success in a business-to-business sales environment (essential).

Confidence communicating with directors, business owners, and senior executives.

A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.

Strong research and prospecting abilities.

Willingness to travel within Europe as required.

A positive attitude and genuine desire to succeed.
