Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, is a confident communicator who genuinely loves speaking with prospective clients to find the perfect solution to their business needs? You will play a key role in generating and converting opportunities through a combination of managing inbound enquiries, nurturing leads, and proactive business development opportunities, whereby full training will be given.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and re-engage lost and lapsed leads to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and qualify new incoming enquiries, ensuring a professional and timely customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with selected commercial brokers and aggregators to generate referral opportunities whilst keeping all platforms up to date with our availability.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective targets.
  • Create weekly targeted sales email campaigns.
  • Schedule viewings for the sales and centre teams.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.

Experience Required:

Full training is offered, but you will need to be a confident and friendly communicator, especially by telephone, and have strong IT skills including Office 365. You will be office based Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
