Description: We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a growing construction business operating within the office sector, and are looking for a Project Manager to support the expansion of our property portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their Estimating, and Project Management skills within a fast-moving environment.
Purpose To review CAD designs prepare quotations for office and property refurbishments in line with client specifications, company standards, and all relevant regulations.
The role involves managing refurbishment projects & cellular office builds on-site from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Gather detailed Scope of Works from clients.
Conduct on-site measured surveys, capturing photos and relevant site information.
Liaise with the CAD department and provide them with the details of the Scope.
Review the CAD drawings and project scope once received.
Prepare project cost estimates & manage project costs.
Engage with contractors and manage contractors on site.
Assess and consider all Health & Safety requirements.
Request and review RAMS.
Raise purchase orders and monitor project costs.
Review and approve contractors works on site and approve invoices.
Attend site visits as needed.
Liaise effectively with site teams, clients, and management.
Compile all Certification Documents on completion.
Skills & Experience Strong teamwork, enthusiasm, and initiative.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work professionally with clients and site teams (site management support available).
Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient IT skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience in interior fit-out (advantageous).
Experience using CAD software (advantageous but not required).
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
