About You You will need proven HSE management experience within a manufacturing, engineering or similar industrial environment, together with the confidence to challenge unsafe practice and escalate significant risks. Essential experience and qualifications: HSE management experience in manufacturing, engineering or heavy industry NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation Experience with risk assessments, incident investigation and statutory compliance Experience managing facilities, maintenance activity or engineering contractors Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills Desirable experience: NEBOSH Diploma or higher-level equivalent IOSH membership Foundry, machining or heavy manufacturing experience ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 experience Knowledge of LOLER, PUWER, COSHH, DSEAR and environmental permitting Experience with maintenance budgets or capital expenditure projects Apply This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Facilities
