WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Salary of £28,000 – £30,000 depending on experience Short Fridays, finishing at 13:15 Free on-site parking A clean, safe manufacturing and engineering environment, not a cold warehouse A supportive, long-serving team where people stay A varied role that gives you a real understanding of how the business works HOURS Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 16:15 Friday: 07:45 – 13:15 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Customer returns: processing return notes accurately, keeping the paperwork right and liaising with internal teams to get issues resolved quickly Parts / kit orders: receiving, entering and tracking orders so customers get what they need, when they need it Shipping coordination: preparing shipping documents, working with carriers and making sure goods go out on time Customer service: answering enquiries, giving order and product information, and escalating anything that needs it Supply chain support: helping with stock checks, order scheduling and keeping work flowing between departments ABOUT YOU Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, logistics or a similar admin role Organised, accurate and good with detail A confident communicator, on the phone and by email Happy to work as part of a team, but able to take ownership and get on with things Comfortable using IT systems and order processing software Manufacturing or engineering background helpful, but not essential ABOUT THE COMPANY A family-owned, privately managed business with a great reputation, built on honesty, accountability and looking after its people.
