Summary of position: A superb development opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to work with a high precision environment. Managing a team of 4 Departmental Managers, you will ideally come from a relevant engineering background - preferably with Foundry operations experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction across all operational departments to ensure safe, efficient and consistent manufacturing performance.
- Develop a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement across operational teams.
- Support departmental managers to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
- Provide clear operational direction aligned with business priorities.
- Directly manage: Machine Shop Manager, Foundry & Technical Manager, Planning & Logistics Manager, Production Admin Manager.
You will also take responsibility for Supply Chain and Logistics Management as well as Production Planning Oversight in a well established and highly reputable local firm with global reach.
