We are seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our Client's warehouse team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to handle materials efficiently and safely, supporting warehouse management and logistics operations. This role requires a focus on accuracy, safety, and mechanical aptitude to ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes.
Duties:- Operate counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Assist with materials handling, ensuring items are moved safely and accurately.
- Support shipping and receiving activities by organising incoming and outgoing stock.
- Maintain a clean, organised work environment adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse operations and improve workflow.
- Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor repairs.
- Experience in materials handling, load & unload operations, and shipping & receiving processes.
