The Role
- Lead the financial strategy of a growing and dynamic organisation
- Drive business performance through insightful financial planning and analysis
- Prepare the business for future capital market opportunities, including IPO readiness and investor engagement

- Provide leadership across finance, treasury, reporting, compliance, and risk management

Essential Requirements
- Full professional qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) essential
- Significant experience at CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior finance leadership level
- Proven involvement in IPO preparation, transaction processes, or publicly listed environments
- Strong understanding of the new-build housing, residential development, or wider construction sector
- Experience managing growth, funding, cashflow, and capital allocation within a project-based business
- Outstanding commercial acumen and strategic leadership capability
- Strong stakeholder management skills with Board-level credibility
