Working 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 1.30pm on a Friday, every weekend is a long weekend, plus other great benefits too. Based within a newly built office space, this is a great opportunity for a confident, friendly, and well-organised Front of House Receptionist/Administrator. You will be the welcoming face of the company for all visitors to the site, along with managing the day-to-day office administration to coordinate meetings and events.

Day to Day Activities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues in a warm, professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies, meeting room bookings, and event logistics (including catering and setup for sales-team visits).
  • Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to keep the site running smoothly.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general office correspondence.
  • Support cross-departmental administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and light coordination.

Experience:

  • Proven front-of-house or office administration experience, ideally in a customer-facing environment such as reception, hospitality, or a busy office setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional, confident manner.
  • Strong organisational ability and a keen eye for detail; you're comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload with minimal supervision.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
