A small, close-knit, and highly successful construction company based in Fareham is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their friendly two-person office team. This is a great opportunity for an organised administrator to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration, supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks
- Managing ISO regulation administration and compliance documentation
- Health and safety administration
- Data entry for purchasing invoices
- Providing cover for accounts-related tasks during colleague absences, including CIS processing and subcontractor payments
About You
- Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using office systems and comfortable managing compliance-related paperwork
- Experience within the construction or housing sector is preferred but not essential
- Accounts or CIS experience is advantageous, though not required for day-to-day duties
- A reliable, organised self-starter who works well as part of a small team
The Details
- Part time position: 24 hours per week
- Working days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:30am β 5:00pm
