Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day purchasing operations
  • Prepare and issue enquiries to potential suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations
  • Raise purchase orders, track progress, and update procurement schedules
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with all project requirements
  • Assist with the administration of procurement documentation, supplier approvals and compliance records
  • Support the development of supplier relationships and maintain and update the supplier database

To be successful within this role you will need to have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and be IT proficient with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining strong attention to detail. The position is office based and your own transport is required due to location.
