HOURS
Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 16:15
Friday: 07:45 – 13:15
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Customer returns: processing return notes accurately, keeping the paperwork right and liaising with internal teams to get issues resolved quickly
- Parts / kit orders: receiving, entering and tracking orders so customers get what they need, when they need it
- Shipping coordination: preparing shipping documents, working with carriers and making sure goods go out on time
- Customer service: answering enquiries, giving order and product information, and escalating anything that needs it
- Supply chain support: helping with stock checks, order scheduling and keeping work flowing between departments
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, logistics or a similar admin role
- Organised, accurate and good with detail
- A confident communicator, on the phone and by email
- Happy to work as part of a team, but able to take ownership and get on with things
- Comfortable using IT systems and order processing software
- Manufacturing or engineering background helpful, but not essential
