As a key member of the SDLC automation team, you will improve integration, build, and release pipelines to enable rapid, safe delivery of code. This role is ideal for a DevOps enthusiast passionate about automation, developer productivity, and scale.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of DevOps, SRE, or systems engineering in a Software or SaaS environment
- Strong Linux systems administration background
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Perl scripting
- Deep knowledge of Git internals, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
- Hands-on infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Expertise with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD)
- DevOps principles: automation, shift-left testing, and feedback loops
- Automation of build, test, and release processes
- Strong understanding of software integration workflows and dependency management
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and maintain shared CI/CD pipeline templates and automation tooling
- Develop internal tools for build, test, and release automation
- Integrate SDLC automation into development team workflows
- Define and enforce best practices for Git source control and code collaboration
- Partner with SRE teams to align deployment strategies, observability hooks, and IaC practices
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools to improve our platform stack
- Drive release readiness improvements, including test coverage and automation
