Job Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and define a roadmap focused on delivering AI-powered solutions that reduce time to insights and improve trial data quality.
- Prioritize use cases that align with business goals and client needs.
- Translate high-level AI concepts into actionable specifications (e.g. automated risk assessments, anomaly detection, intelligent query generation).
- Collaborate on prompt engineering and feature design with data scientists and engineers.
- Manage agile development cycles and balance trade-offs between model performance, usability, and regulatory constraints.
- Ensure timely delivery and alignment with validation timelines.
- Lead pilot testing and feedback collection with clinical users.
- Drive continuous iteration based on usability, performance, and workflow integration.
- Champion AI adoption by communicating benefits, addressing validation and compliance concerns, and supporting training and rollout efforts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in health-tech or regulated enterprise software.
- Skilled in roadmap planning, agile processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of ML concepts, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Experience working with AI-driven products and familiarity with model validation in regulated contexts.
- Understanding of clinical trial workflows, data standards (e.g. CDISC), and regulatory frameworks (21 CFR Part 11, GCP).
- Strong communicator who can bridge technical and clinical domains.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and launching data-intensive products.
- Degree in a technical or life science field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Experience in clinical research technology or pharma/biotech sectors.
- Familiarity with clinical trial systems and AI applications in healthcare.
