The Role

We’re looking for a UX Designer (located in London preferably), to join our Product & Experience Design team and shape the next generation of data‑driven, AI‑enabled experiences in clinical research. You’ll define and deliver intuitive, elegant, and human‑centred design solutions across CluePoints’ platform — helping global users monitor data integrity, identify risk, and make confident, compliant decisions. This role sits at the intersection of design, data, and AI — perfect for someone who thrives in complex systems and wants to make a tangible impact on healthcare innovation.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Interaction Design, with a strong portfolio of shipped, complex, data‑driven products.
  • Expertise in information architecture, system thinking, and designing for analytical or AI‑enhanced applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with shared design systems.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and articulate design rationale.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists.
  • Deep understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and iterative design processes.
  • A collaborative, curious mindset and passion for designing with purpose.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in life sciences, health tech, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation, agentic AI systems, or human–AI interaction design.
  • Knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or comfort collaborating with engineers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead UX discovery and definition activities — translating research insights into user journeys, experience maps, and actionable design hypotheses.
  • Design and deliver scalable, data‑rich interfaces that simplify complex analytical workflows and enhance decision‑making.
  • Develop and maintain information architectures, wireframes, and prototypes within our shared design system (Figma).
  • Partner with Data Analytics and Engineering teams to design human‑in‑the‑loop AI experiences — ensuring clarity, transparency, and trust in AI behaviour.
  • Champion accessibility, usability, and compliance in every release.
  • Mentor peers, promote design thinking across disciplines, and uphold design excellence.
  • Contribute to strategic design initiatives and continuous improvement of the CluePoints Agentic AI platform.

Job Benefits

  • Private Medical Insurance through Vitality Health (full hospital cover, 24/7 GP, and therapy sessions)
  • Group Critical Illness Cover with Aviva Life Insurance (death‑in‑service lump sum)
  • Pension Scheme with 9% employer contribution via Scottish Widows
  • Opportunities for professional development and sponsored certifications
  • A hybrid model blending flexibility and purpose — connecting teams through collaboration, learning, and a vibrant social culture.
