CluePoints is a fast‑growing AI / SaaS solutions provider to the Life Sciences industry. Our software enables risk planning and operational risk monitoring using advanced machine learning and statistical algorithms to assess the quality of clinical‑trial data during and after study execution. Due to hyper‑growth, we are expanding our internal team and seek an IT Support Engineer to provide best‑in‑class service and technical support across our locations.
Location: London, UK (Remote with 2 days per month in the London office, plus additional days as required).

Job Requirements
- 3‑5 years experience in corporate IT environments with a strong focus on end‑user support.
- Demonstrated experience with: Windows, Mac, and/or Linux workstations.
- Microsoft 365 administration and Windows 365.
- Microsoft Entra ID management.
- Azure cloud services.
- Mobile device management.
- Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems.
- Understanding of IT security principles and regulatory compliance requirements (SOC 2, GDPR).
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
- Experience with JAMF or similar MDM solutions is a plus.
- Networking fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving aptitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast‑moving environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor\’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to travel occasionally for short trips to Belgium.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain corporate IT infrastructure including workstations, system software, Microsoft 365, and SaaS/Cloud‑based applications.
- Manage mobile devices and subscriptions.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID and access management.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues and outages.
- Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when necessary.
- Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
- Provide end‑user technical support and training.
- Create and maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and process guides.
- Support employee onboarding and manage IT accounts/requirements.
- Contribute to IT infrastructure improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SOC 2 T2, GDPR, NIS2).
- Implement and maintain basic IT security controls and practices.
