The Role

Clue Points is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer / Instructional Designer to design, develop and deploy engaging learning experiences that accelerate the productivity and effectiveness of new and existing commercial team members.

The contractor will partner closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Product, Commercial, HR and Leadership to transform complex business and technical content into practical, scalable learning.

The learning portfolio will support onboarding, reboarding, product proficiency, commercial excellence and customer engagement skills.

The role owns the learning design, creation and configuration: learner journey design, content development, e-learning production, role-play simulation design, Docebo administration and configuration.

The intended outcomes are faster ramp time, stronger commercial competency and more consistent execution across the customer-facing organisation.

The initial engagement is scoped at 5-6 weeks, with an option to extend to 8 weeks subject to delivery progress and agreed priorities. Work is remote-first.

Requirements

The successful contractor will demonstrate

  • 3+ years of learning experience orinstructional-design experience, ideally supported by a portfolio of B2B Saa S sales or commercial-enablement programs.
  • Proven ability to extract, simplify and structure learning content from technical and business SMEs.
  • Strong curriculum, learner-journey, storyboard, assessmentand performance-support design capability.
  • Proficiency with at least one major authoring tool, such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Docebo Shape, i Springor equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Doceboor a comparable LMS, including course configuration, learning plans, assessmentsand reporting.
  • Experience designing scenario-based learning, sales role plays or AI-enabled coaching simulations.
  • Strong stakeholder and independentproject-managementskills, with the ability to manage SME reviews anddeliverymilestones in a lean team.
  • A practical understanding of adult learning, accessibility, evaluation and iterative improvement.
