The Role

We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO — a strategic, program-driven leader who will act as a force multiplier for the CEO. You’ll translate top priorities into well-run, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes across the business. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives on problem-solving, execution excellence, and working at the intersection of strategy and operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4–8 years in Tier-1 management consulting (e.g. MBB or equivalent), ideally in technology, software, data/AI, or digital operations.
  • Proven record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs from concept to measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — able to structure problems, model outcomes, and tell a crisp executive story.
  • High integrity, collaborative mindset, and comfort with ambiguity in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in pharma/biotech/medtech or clinical development.

What Success Looks Like (6–12 months)

  • Two to three flagship programs delivered from charter to measurable impact.
  • A repeatable operating playbook for CEO-level initiatives.
  • Trusted advisor status with the CEO and executive team through consistent delivery and clear storytelling.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end CEO-sponsored programs — define scope, milestones, owners, and risks.
  • Build program dashboards and executive narratives that keep sponsors, teams, and stakeholders aligned.
  • Drive progress reviews and ensure commitments turn into tangible results.

Strategic Projects & Problem Solving

  • Take ownership of high-impact, ambiguous challenges — frame problems, model scenarios, test solutions, and make clear recommendations.
  • Prepare materials and insights for the CEO’s external engagements (board, investors, partners, industry forums).
  • Manage follow-ups and ensure outcomes are captured and acted upon.

Executive Enablement

  • Support the CEO’s operating rhythm, from ELT meetings to strategic reviews, ensuring clarity, coordination, and delivery.
  • Partner with Finance, People, and Analytics to track performance metrics and decision follow-through.
  • Serve as a connector across the leadership team to maintain focus and momentum.
