We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our Platform team and help build, scale, and support the cloud infrastructure that powers CluedIn’s enterprise SaaS platform. This is a hands‑on technical role for someone who thrives on solving complex infrastructure challenges, working with modern cloud‑native technologies, and operating highly available systems at scale. You’ll work closely with our Global DevOps Team Lead, Engineering teams, and customers to design, implement, and optimise cloud infrastructure across Azure and Kubernetes environments. From enterprise customer deployments to platform scalability and resilience, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our technology continues to perform as we grow.

- Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering: Kubernetes expert with extensive experience in cluster administration, application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Strong working knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and cloud‑native technologies. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform. Contribute to architectural decisions that improve platform reliability and operational efficiency. Continuously identify opportunities to improve infrastructure, deployment processes, and platform performance.
- DevOps & Automation: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support rapid, reliable software delivery. Champion Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI. Drive automation initiatives that reduce operational overhead and improve platform consistency. Improve developer experience through tooling, automation, and deployment optimisation.
- Reliability, Monitoring & Incident Response: Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application issues. Participate in incident response activities, helping to diagnose root causes and implement long‑term solutions. Support production environments through on‑call rotations and escalation support.
- Customer Infrastructure & Technical Consultancy: Work directly with customers to support complex deployment and infrastructure requirements. Provide technical guidance on Azure architecture, networking, Kubernetes, and Zero Trust implementations. Assist customers with CI/CD integration and deployment automation for CluedIn. Design and implement infrastructure customisations to meet customer‑specific requirements. Act as a trusted technical advisor during customer onboarding and implementation projects.
- Security & Compliance: Design and implement secure Azure networking solutions, including Virtual Networks, Private Endpoints, Azure Firewall, VPN connectivity, and ExpressRoute. Support the implementation of Zero Trust security principles across customer and internal environments. Ensure infrastructure and deployment pipelines align with security, governance, and compliance requirements.
