As a Data Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of CluedIn for our customers. You will be the implementation lead throughout the entire customer journey, from installation to go‑live, ensuring value is delivered efficiently and effectively. You will work directly with customers to design, implement and operationalise their data using the CluedIn platform. This is a consultative, data-focused role, not a software development position.

You will help clients:

  • Understand and model their core business data.
  • Ingest data from multiple source systems into the CluedIn platform.
  • Use the CluedIn user interface to transform, govern and master the client’s data.
  • Assist the client in streaming and extracting their newly mastered data.
  • Upskill the client on the use of the CluedIn platform so they, over time, become self‑sufficient.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, business, and technology, and who is comfortable configuring platforms rather than writing custom software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with client data stewards, technical teams and stakeholders to understand business domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier or Asset.
  • Assist and advise the client on how to model their data within the CluedIn platform.
  • Support data ingestion and integration from various source systems.
  • Configure data quality, matching and mastering rules.
  • Help customers use CluedIn’s UI to explore, govern and manage their data.
  • Run workshops and working sessions with technical and business users.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on master data management best practices.
  • Collaborate with CluedIn product and engineering teams where needed.

Experience:

  • Working with data management, MDM, analytics, or BI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling (entities, attributes, relationships).
  • Master data and reference data concepts.
  • Data transformation, quality and governance.
  • Client‑facing or consulting experience.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
  • Comfortable working with SQL (querying, understanding schemas).
  • Data integration concepts (ADF, Synapse, API’s, ETL).
  • Cloud data platforms and services (Fabric, Databricks, Jupyter Notebook).
  • Able to understand data flows and configurations without needing to write application code.

Company Benefits:

  • Stock Options: Eligibility for our stock option programme, allowing you to share in the company’s growth and success.
  • Home Office Comfort: Benefit from a £500 (or equivalent) budget for setting up your home office.
  • Health and Well-Being: Comprehensive private healthcare package, including a healthcare cash plan, life insurance, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Time Off: Enjoy 25 days of annual leave plus standard public holidays.
  • Investing in Your Growth: We provide 5 paid training days annually, allowing you dedicated time away from work to focus on your professional development.
  • Flexible Work Environment: Embrace a flexible working environment with a remote‑first policy.
  • Premium Spotify Subscription: Enjoy an annual premium Spotify subscription to keep you inspired and energised with your favourite music and podcasts.
  • Work From Anywhere: Flexibility to work from various locations, including abroad, for up to 120 days per year as part of our employee well‑being strategy.
  • Team Adventures: Participate in exciting global team‑building experiences.
