As a Fitness Trainer at Clubsportive, you’ll lead dynamic group classes, offer personalized training sessions, and help create a welcoming environment for all members. We are a high-end concept designed for those who expect more. Our members come to us for an exceptional experience and exceptional service.
Amsterdam | Part-time: The position can include morning, evening & weekend shifts. The current vacancy is for Thursdays from 6AM – 2PM including teaching classes and assisting on the gym floor when needed. Saturday mornings.
Key Responsibilities- Lead group classes, including HIIT sessions for up to 10 participants.
- Support members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean gym space, including organising equipment and refilling supplies.
- Ensure adherence to club rules and address violations.
- Open and close the wellness area, including pool testing.
- Foster a sense of community among members.
- Sporty and energetic: You lead by example and motivate others.
- Approachable and responsible: You connect easily with members and take ownership of the environment.
- Confident and organized: You manage classes and sessions effectively.
- Team player: You work well with others, solving problems quickly and assisting where needed.
- Flexible: Ready to adjust and cover shifts as necessary.
- Fitvak A certification or equivalent.
- Experience in sports and group teaching.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
